Solution

We created a tone/voice shift guide (2-page) that focused on the “who we are” what we do”, “what we believe,” and “where we’re headed next.” This provided a foundation and talking points for the company to use in internal/external correspondences, marketing materials, and website copy. This helped provided consistent messaging across all platforms.

Multiple User Paths
Provided the user with multiple navigation options to help them efficiently find the information they are looking for.

Product Builder Tool
Created a tool for the user to submit custom product quote requests, resulting in an improved experience for the user and time saved for the client.

ADA Best Practices
Considering the client's mission of helping disabled people, accessibility was paramount. ADA best practices were taken to ensure all users can effectively navigate the website.
