Molekule’s Magento site left a lot to be desired. Its structure was confusing to customers, and a custom-coded back-end made it difficult for their team to update basic information. They were unsure about handling subscription services and expanding to international markets while maintaining a similar customer experience. Along the way, they weren't confident that Shopify was the right platform for them.
