Brandography Survey Plugin allows Administrator to create and display survey questionnaire for blog post or page.
== Installation ==
1. Unzip the `BWP_Survey_Plugin_0.01.zip` file.
2. Upload the the `BWP_Survey_Plugin` folder (not just the files in it!) to your `wp-contents/plugins` folder. If you’re using FTP, use ‘binary’ mode.

No setup required. Just activate the plugin!
